Feather inlays are another truly custom option we offer. They range from simple two and three feather inlays to more intricate lay-outs. The feathers comprising an inlay are adhered to the blank using a durable, clear adhesive.  These are then covered with multiple, thin coats of rod finish for a durable, smooth look.  These inlays are entirely flexible and saltwater safe, so feel free to request their use on a rod intended for the roughest of fishing conditions.

Our feather inlays are usually placed above the grip and most often include the wrap for the hook keep and a trim wrap at the tip end of the inlay.
