We offer a number of unique reel seat hardware options that are only available from Mykiss Custom Rods. We offer our nickel silver hardware with a black nickel coating; this coating is both durable and beautiful. We also offer our aluminum reel seats in bronze anodizing which helps match with wood and thread colors in the brown spectrum, as well as our custom PVD coated, dark brown colored guides.

Another custom reel seat option that we offer are two part reel seat inserts. This option is only available for reel seat hardware intended for a mortised wood insert. In this case the interior of the mortise in the insert is a different type of wood than the exterior of the insert. The two types of wood used will always be the same as used in the rest of the handle and/or fighting butts and rear grips.
